BusinessWaala is an independent consultancy based in Karnal, Haryana, helping brands onboard and grow on online marketplaces. We are not owned by, or an official agent of, any marketplace. All marketplace names and logos belong to their respective owners.
2. Our services
The scope, fees and timelines of each engagement are agreed with you in writing (quotation, invoice or WhatsApp/email confirmation) before work starts.
3. No guarantee of approval
Final approval, commissions, category decisions and timelines are set by each marketplace. Our eligibility checker gives an indicative likelihood only, and we cannot guarantee approval or sales results.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate, lawful information and documents, to hold the rights to your brand, products and images, and to respond in time to requests from us or the marketplace.
5. Payments
Fees are payable as agreed, generally in advance. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
6. Website use
Content on this website is for general information. You may not copy or misuse it without our permission. We are not responsible for third-party websites we link to.
7. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Karnal, Haryana have jurisdiction.
