How we price our services and handle cancellations and refunds.

1. Pricing
Our fees depend on the marketplaces, number of products and services you choose. You receive a clear quotation before any payment. Prices are in Indian Rupees and GST is charged where applicable. Marketplace fees, commissions and deposits are charged by the marketplace and are separate from our fees.
2. Refunds
If you have paid us and we are not able to complete the work, the amount you paid is fully refundable.
3. How to request a refund
Write to contact@businesswaala.com or WhatsApp +91 70566 01515 with your brand name and payment details. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
